The Wolf by PabloIk

Is this the part where I bare my thoughts? Or is it the part where I dance to the days and days of the soothing music that has been playing in my head and bare his soul instead. No, this is the part where I tell you of how special he is. This is the part I bare my own soul... for in his soul I have found my essence. I met a wolf in the desert. Stranded and dying. I peered into the wolf's soul. But there was no soul. There was only fire. There was a flame that raged like a thousand kilos of burning coal burning miles away. A fire that seemed to have been burning for timeless eons but no one seemed to notice. I noticed. I noticed all the tiny intricacies of this arsonry... it was no ordinary crime. Who started this fire? Who knew the right amount of fuel to put to keep this fire burning and for how long? How inhumane! In an endless charade of what I thought lack of love was. I never knew loneliness till I felt his warmth. I saw how he bled from years of unimaginable sorrows and regre...

5G and The Pandemic; get some answers.

Image
While going through my Facebook news feed I came across a particular comment section where people were expressing their many views on the coronavirus pandemic, I was particularly surprised to see many people still pointing accusing fingers at the 5G network as the real cause of the wide spread pandemic, citing the Lagos city government as part of those perpetuating the act by laying multi-colored cables around the state which they said are for spreading the 5G across the country,  never mind that 5G hasn't even been deployed in Nigeria yet and those cables are fibre optic cables used by telecom operators to expand their networks. So with the sad knowledge that most people are still ignorant about the facts and myths been circulated in our countries and around the world, I decided to do some research and try to answer some frequently asked questions concerning the 5G network and coronavirus. It's also very important you do your own personal research on...

Red Rising Book Series; A Review

Image
While searching the internet for a good science fiction book to occupy my time with, I came across a  book series by Brown Pierce called RED RISING and Delving into its pages, I couldn't help but get hooked with its cleverly written plot, awesome characters and very impressive world-building.  So cause of the awesome nature of the series I decided to write a short review on it, and although I know most science fiction fans might have come across this great book series, I'll also bear in mind that most have not and because of this I'll try not to drop any spoilers. Red Rising, the first book in the series follows humanity 700 years into the future, with earth already conquered and no longer the center of humanities power. Humans have now colonized most of the planets, moons and bodies in the solar system, humanity has been restructured into a rigid hierarchical system based on colors, each with their unique specialties, the Gold's are at the top of the socie...

Pain to Passion

Image
Stop feeling sorry for yourself!  You lost your job, yes!  He/She left you, yes!  You can't seem to find anything productive to do, yes!  , Life's just too tough, yes! And hardest of all... yes! It's time to get up and move on because the world is moving with or without you, regardless of your setbacks.  Whatever it is your going through, it's meant to hurt, and hurt bad, tough situations aren't bad because they make us smile, their tough because they hurt, their bad cause they make us want to cry our hearts out, they make us want to feel like just giving up, like shutting the world out. What's the solution? Well I may not be able to tell you exactly what you want to hear but i can tell you what isn't the solution,  The solution isn't sitting about and feeling sorry for yourself or going about seeking pity from fake friends and people who hardly care. You're meant to question yourself, ask yourself, what am I going to do about these pain? What am I g...

10 Affordable and Top-quality European countries to school in.

Image
Personally, scouring the internet for awesome countries to further your education at any level has always been a very tasking quest, with hundreds of countries around the world to pick from, most offering great student experience both academically and socially, the choices should have been endless, you could just scroll through, pick a school, submit your admission, and pack your bags for an experience of a life time. Sadly that's not the case, due to the expensive tuition fees and costs-of-living in many countries, we can't all just zoom off to any country of our choice, else I'd be studying at an ivy league school or some top notch Canadian universities. Apart from scholarships and aids, there's still hope for those like me who will like to expand their educational experience abroad, many countries seeing the importance of education have made their tuition fees affordable, some even go a step further to make studying in their countries free for both their citizens a...
